Доброе утро, выход новой версии Opera для меня стал неожиданностью, пока не напишу никаких сопровождающих комментариев только ссылки. Позднее, ознакомившись с документацией, отпишусь…
На момент 22:35 (МСК) 17 мая 2011 года официальных данных об этом релизе нет. Следует, я думаю, заключить, что это было внеплановое обновление для исправления ошибок и проблем в безопасности программы.
18 мая, наконец, появился официальный лог изменений в версии Opera 11.11 build 2109:

* Made further small fixes and stability improvements
* HTTPS url being incorrectly unloaded for application cache urls, especially effecting Opera Dragonfly
* Fast forward being broken on google.com
Mail, news, chat Fixed
* Marking a mail message in Trash as unread causes it to disappear
* Inability to disable Spam filter in mail
Network Fixed
* Crash on sites using http://www.multicert.com/ca/multicert-ca-02.crl
Security Fixed
* Fixed an issue with framesets that could allow execution of arbitrary code, as reported by an anonymous contributor working with the SecuriTeam Secure Disclosure program; see our advisory.
